- Put the flour in the mixing bowl
- Combine the salt, honey, olive oil and the cool water in a small bowl.
- Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and let proof for 10 minutes
- Add the liquid mixture and the yeast to the flour
- Knead the dough until it forms a smooth ball
- Place the dough in a large bowl, which has been oiled with olive oil, and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Pon la harina en un bol grande
- Combina la sal, la miel, el aceite de oliva y el agua fría en un bol pequeño.
- Diluye la levadura en el agua templada y déjala reposar durante 10 minutos.
- Añade la mezcla líquida y la levadura en el bol con la harina.
- Amasa la masa hasta formar una pelota lisa.
- Pon la masa en un bol grande, que ha sido engrasado con aceite de oliva, y déjala durante 30 minutos.
