  • Put the flour in the mixing bowl
  • Combine the salt, honey, olive oil and the cool water in a small bowl.
  • Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and let proof for 10 minutes
  • Add the liquid mixture and the yeast to the flour
  • Knead the dough until it forms a smooth ball
  • Place the dough in a large bowl, which has been oiled with olive oil, and let rest for 30 minutes.

 

  • Pon la harina en un bol grande
  • Combina la sal, la miel, el aceite de oliva y el agua fría en un bol pequeño.
  • Diluye la levadura en el agua templada y déjala reposar durante 10 minutos.
  • Añade la mezcla líquida y la levadura en el bol con la harina.
  • Amasa la masa hasta formar una pelota lisa.
  • Pon la masa en un bol grande, que ha sido engrasado con aceite de oliva, y déjala durante 30 minutos.
